DUBAI — His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, said on Monday that Dubai will overcome challenges posed by the global economic crisis and move ahead as a well diversified economy capable of meeting all its obligations.
